Dry Visit Xlendi

The app allows the user to dive virtually up to 110m deep in the waters of Xlendi Bay (Gozo Island – Malta) and visit the homonymous Phoenician shipwreck that sunk there during the 7th century B.C. The underwater explorer can navigate through the archaeological site by using a special underwater vehicle. The explorer can observe the remains and obtain audio and textual information about the findings or the marine environment surrounding the shipwreck. The user can always keep an eye on the diving depth and time and refer to a map of the archaeological site. Moreover, the user can activate the true-color view and observe the shipwreck as it was out of the water.
